Real Estate & Office Assistant Position available in Manhattan, Montana (15 minutes west of Bozeman on I-90). This is an ON SITE, part time position in a great office environment.

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate & Office Assistant to support our busy team. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to assisting with real estate transactions, managing office tasks, coordinating with team members, and supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn and grow with our company. Applicants who posses a Real Estate license are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experience in administrative support or relevant role, and real estate.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to assist in marketing tasks.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-High school diploma required; further education in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

-Real Estate license preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assist in managing real estate transactions and documentation.

-Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and maintaining supplies.

-Support the marketing team with the preparation of materials and online content.

-Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team.

-Help manage website content and social media presence with guidance from the marketing department.

-Conduct research and assist with project management as needed.

This position is available now, but we will wait for the right applicant.

This is a part time position. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Additional hours and pay available for marketing coordinator/graphic designer, should an applicant qualify for both positions.
