Yellowstone Club’s Human Resources department is currently seeking candidates for a Project Manager.

The HR Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, and management of HR projects to include managing project budgets, resources, timelines, risks and third party vendors

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure that each member, guest and employee receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member, guest and employee, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.

Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members, guests and staff, assure that all transactions with guests or employees are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your Director/VP, General Manager or Human Resources immediately.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Coordinate efforts with all other departments as required per the assigned projects while maintaining exceptional partnering to achieving required results.

Oversee Training platform including website design, support, departmental training, uploading and creation of employee communication website.

Manage the onboarding of multiple categories within the Club from staff, training, housing through the Yellowstone Club University website (YCU)

Conduct meetings and phone calls with Directors and Vice Presidents, effectively describing the YCU suite of products and services as they relate to the management of their department.

Oversee employee housing platform/software program called Room Choice. Includes web design, layout and execution in conjunction with Room Choice team.

Is the subject matter expert with regard to the YCU suite of products used club-wide and the Room Choice platform.

Regularly researching skills to identify trends and stay current on training platforms and execution.

Use discretion and independent judgement to plan, execute and complete Human Resources projects within the scope of work, budget and timeline constraints required.

Create and maintain detailed home manuals for Yellowstone Club outlining all significant systems, inventory of supplies/items and maintenance requests, repairs and requirements.

Conduct financial forecasting as it relates assigned projects

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.

Maintain privacy of our Members and staff at all time.

Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.

Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.

Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members, guests and staff at all times.

Plan set up and/or attend regular department and project meetings.

Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, Project Administration or Project Management experience within a similar field. Exemplary communication skills. Strong organization skills. 1-2 years of website design or support and design.

Experience working in Human Resources and/or development preferred, but not required.

Valid Driver’s License

Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly
