We are seeking someone with deep kitchen and service experience. Our restaurant is busy year round, so we are seeking to fill a long term position.
We’re looking for a passionate PM Sous Chef to help lead our evening kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, scratch-made environment that values creativity, consistency, and teamwork.
Our kitchen takes pride in everything we produce - from our own garden-grown vegetables to A5 wagyu and locally sourced ingredients. The PM Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining quality, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth service every night.
