The Kitchen Manager supervises and manages all kitchen operations and demonstrates mastery of all positions in the Sidewall kitchen. Creates and supports an environment of teamwork, precision, safety, and efficiency. The Kitchen Manager ensures that the kitchen meets or exceeds all Sidewall and regulatory standards and trains and enforces Sidewall procedures for all food production and kitchen activity. Supervises all Line Managers and all kitchen staff. Through collaboration with the General Manager and Assistant Manager, the Kitchen Manager ensures that the kitchen contributes to the excellent customer service of the restaurant.
