Kitchen Manager will be running the line 5 nights a week. Duties include cooking line regularly, scheduling, tracking labor, oversight of ordering and all aspects of the kitchen, working closely with FOH to coordinate and execute specials, to go's and private parties. Working with owners and management to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
