We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team at Revelry. We are a popular, locally owned and operated restaurant in downtown Bozeman, Montana.
Duties of the General Manager include, but are not limited to:
Leadership, coaching and mentorship of all FOH managers and staff members
Hiring, training, and continued mentorship of all FOH staff members
Overseeing the FOH schedule to ensure proper staffing levels in each FOH position
Adherence to, overseeing of, and continued improvement of systems and protocols
Ensuring all staff receives scheduled feedback, understands where they stand with their performance and understands opportunities for growth
Management of marketing, advertising and community outreach
Ensure the employee handbook, job descriptions, and training protocols are followed
Leading successful shifts as a floor manager
Qualities and abilities we believe the ideal candidate will have:
Multiple years of restaurant management experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comprehensive understanding of hospitality and customer service
Understanding of restaurant operations, COGS, food cost, labor cost, beverage cost and profit and loss statements
Ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure
Ingrained sense of ownership–acceptance of responsibility
Inherent ability to display professionalism on and off the clock
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and the highest volume times of the year.
Compensation is $65-$75k annual base salary plus period margin bonus. Bonus pool potential allows for annual compensation to reach $75k to $100k+ for the right candidate/with profitable margin periods.
