Tips Up, a new concept soon to be opening in beautiful Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a dynamic, personable, and hard-working leader to take the lead as bar manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, able to inspire and motivate a team to perform at their highest level.
At least 3 years bartending experience required with some management experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintains company service expectations and employment culture.
-Hires, schedules, and trains bar staff.
-Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Take responsibility for bar stock control, including ordering, receiving, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation, and return of any sub-standard items.
-Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of all bar areas.
-Setting and enforcing high service standards and quality controls.
-Maintaining excellent customer and community relations.
-Provide both tools and insights for efficiency and improvement of service.
-Lead bar meetings and educational beverage programs for the staff.
-Being able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
-Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
