Yellowstone Traditions, Inc. (YT) is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on building quality homes since 1986 and continue to be a leader in the high-end home industry.
Duties could include estimating, budget and schedule management, extensive written and verbal communications on all aspects of the project, various forms of job documentation, project oversights and client relations.
We are looking for a team member that is intuitive, efficient, follows direction, and is a good fit with our team. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the project manager to execute a project start to finish while maintaining the integrity of this business and building lasting client relationships.
Job Qualifications:
- B.S in CET, CE, and Construction Management or 5+ years in building construction.
- Experience in cost estimating projects that value up to $30 Million.
- Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE.
- Proficient knowledge of architectural plans and construction documents.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative, and being a team player will also be heavily weighted in the selection
process.
