Searching for a management team (couple) for Covered wagon Mobile Home Park in Bozeman, MT. Office person must have computer skills and be able to learn our programs. Also must work well with the public, be able to enforce our rules professionally and fairly. Maintenance person must have an eye for detail and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Have groundskeeping skills, be able to do minor maintenance on our equipment. Maintenance also must be able to enforce our rules professionally and fairly. Both applicants must have strong rent collections capabilities. Both must have valid Drivers License, be insurable, and pass background checks.
