OnSite Energy is a locally-owned electrical contractor based out of Bozeman, Montana, specializing

The Job
OnSite Energy is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated individual to join our company as our Director of Operations. Directly in charge of the company’s leadership team, this position is responsible for regularly defining the company’s vision, articulating that vision to the staff, and achieving that vision by developing and executing a comprehensive, actionable plan. Utilizing a team-based approach, they will test and measure existing business systems and standard operating procedures, locate areas requiring improvement, and strategize, implement, and document changes accordingly. The Director of Operations is also responsible for managing employee performance, conducting trend analyses of key performance indicators and other regular baseline data metrics. Additional duties include -but are not limited to- management of financial budgets, resource planning, staff compliance with company policies, and employee evaluations. This position is based out of our headquarters in Bozeman, Montana.
Previous Experience
Previous experience managing leadership and/or operational teams in a fast-paced business environment is a must. Construction, engineering, or other technology-based backgrounds are a plus. We are looking for a career-oriented individual who is interested in becoming an energy industry professional, and who is motivated by our mission to combat climate change by accelerating our nation’s transition to clean, renewable energy technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The Director of Operations will be compensated with a combined base salary of $75,000 and profit share incentive. Benefits include health insurance coverage, paid time off, a company-matched retirement account, and AFLAC and HSA programs. Training, advancement, and accreditation opportunities abound.
