We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cemetery Caretaker Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a genuine care for maintaining the dignity and appearance of our cemetery.
Responsibilities:
Open and close graves with precision and care.
Place flat Memorial markers
Maintain and clean grave markers to ensure they remain in good condition.
Manage the overall upkeep and appearance of the cemetery grounds.
Lead a seasonal crew in maintaining the landscape.
Maintain pumps and sprinklers system
Maintain all lawn equipment
Qualifications:
Must have grounds cemetery experience
Knowledgable and skilled in opening and closing graves
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work
Knowledge on maintenance and use of large machinery such as Backhoe and commercial mowersAble to settle graves
Able to work well with and manage a crew respectfully.
Professional behavior in speaking with the public.
Strong work ethic, dependable, reliability. and be a person of integrity.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in all weather
A respectful, caring attitude, and team player towards the responsibilities of the role.
