Now hiring for back of house positions, full or part time, starting at $12 per hour plus tips. Some experience in either baking, meat preparation/butchering, prep or line cook experience is a must. We are looking for workers who are focused, proactive and enthusiastic about the culinary arts. Knowledge of or interest in World food, Brazilian and Portuguese foods are a plus. Positions include:
Day and/or night rotisserie grill cooks, where grill experience/general line cook experience applies and knowledge of meat preparation is welcome, as well as the ability to maintain constant communication with front of house in order to meet the needs of customers.
Morning/afternoon prep cooks who will prepare a high volume of soups, stews, cakes etc. for day and night services.
Workers are expected to be well-practiced in the sanitation of their workspace, and to insure that all outgoing food meets regular health and safety standards.
