We produce a wide variety of leather products, including wallets, book covers, belts, and watch straps—all proudly made with care and precision.
We’re currently looking for a Production Assistant to join our busy and growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing of our leather products. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, learning our techniques and contributing directly to the production process. Your responsibilities will include cutting and assembling leather goods using specialized workshop tools, operating machinery safely, and assisting with various tasks throughout the facility. You’ll also be expected to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
While previous experience in leatherwork or manufacturing is an asset, it’s not a requirement. We are a people-first workshop and are more than willing to train the right candidate. What matters most to us is that you bring a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. You should have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We also value adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

We offer a competitive entry-level wage of $20 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on consistent performance.
