We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in swimming pool plumbing, experience with grading yards, operating skid steer and excavator, yard drainage, reading blueprints, jobsite management, and hardscaping skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize power tools to complete installation tasks efficiently.
- Dig and install custom in-ground swimming pool plumbing lines.
- Pentair pool equipment installation and programming experience.
- Utilize hand tools for various installation tasks.
- Manage construction projects effectively.
- Apply Hardsdcaping Skills When Necessary for Outdoor Living Projects.
- Operate heavy equipment when required.
- Form concrete for different applications.
Experience:
- Proven experience in using power tools for installations.
- Demonstrated expertise in swimming pool plumbing.
- Familiarity with general swimming pool installation.
- Proficiency in utilizing hand tools for construction tasks.
- Knowledge of construction methods and management principles.
- Problem solving and time management strengths.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment is a plus.
- Ability to form concrete for diverse applications.
-Able to work at jobsites located in Missouri and Illinois (approx. 1.5 hour radius from office)
