Painting experience is a must, willing to train the right person how to be a quality supervisor.

Job Description for Production Supervisor (PS):
As a Production Supervisor, you will spend roughly 70% of your time in the field doing supervision and inspection related work, and 30% of your time taking care of small projects, go-backs and other customer quality concerns.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Crew and Painter Hiring
Assisting in seeking out and attracting qualified crew leaders, painters and apprentices
Crew and Painter Training & Development
Assist in training for crew leaders and painters
Attend and assist with all monthly production meetings, and additional training workshops
Weekly Schedule Management & Crew Oversight
Attend weekly job jacket handoff meetings
Available to assist with pre-walks and job kick-offs as necessary
Conduct job site visits to make sure crews are working as scheduled
Conduct job site visits to make sure crews are on track to finish all jobs as scheduled
Conduct job site visits to address crew or customer concerns, to help keep project on track
Available to assist with pre-pride walks, and final pride walks as necessary
Crew and Painter Inspection, Assessment & Performance Management
Conduct job site visits to inspect for adherence to all safety policies, rules and regulations
Conduct job site visits to inspect for adherence to all CertaPro Painters policies, standards and expectations
Conduct job site visits to inspect quality of work, and assess crew and painter capabilities
Customer Care & Satisfaction
Meet with customer and crew on job site to discuss customer concerns or complaints, and develop plans to address their concerns and ensure the job is completed and paid for
Conduct customer go-back inspection, and coordinate solutions to address customer concerns
Conduct customer warranty inspections, and coordinate solutions to address customer concerns
Job Production
Work on, and produce small jobs as needed when other crews are not available.
Work on, and directly handle “go-backs” and small touch ups on other crews projects.
Work on, and directly handle “warranty” and other performance related issues that arise with customers
