Position: Sales Associate / Project Manager
Location: St. Peters MO, Creve Coeur MO and Dardenne Prairie MO
Hours: [Full-time] 40-55 Hours a week. Over 40 Hours is Time and a half.
The more you work the more you make.
Pay: Highly Competitive hourly rate + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flooring for their needs and making sales
- Explain features and benefits of various types of flooring
- Qualifying customers with direct questions and overcoming objections
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Process sales transactions and handle inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Staying updated on the newest trends is a critical element of fashion forward design
- Follow up with clients including phone calls, text and email in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but we will train
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented and positive attitude required
- Dependable, this is very important
- Career oriented and reliable transportation
- Computer skills along with time management skills
