CRM & Operations Tech Assistant – Join the Accredited Roofing Team (Fairview Heights, IL)

Position: CRM & Operations Tech Assistant
Location: Fairview Heights, IL (On-site with some remote flexibility)
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and maintain our JobNimbus CRM: enter new leads, update job statuses, upload documents, and maintain communication with our sales reps to keep everything accurate and up to date.
Keep the CRM clean: remove dead leads, archive completed jobs, and ensure the dashboard reflects active jobs and opportunities.
Collaborate with our production and accounting departments to support job costing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Occasionally assist with basic command-line tasks such as converting images to PDFs or running OCR tools on scanned documents.
Assist with system configuration or customization to improve our CRM workflow as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong computer intuition – you don’t need to be a programmer, but you’re confident navigating systems and solving problems.
Experience with CRMs, ERPs, or cloud-based platforms. Experience with JobNimbus is a plus, but not required.
Comfort with file systems – you understand the difference between cloud storage and local files, and you know how to keep things organized.
Bonus if you’ve used a command line interface before (Mac, Windows, or Linux) for simple tasks like renaming files, converting formats, or batch processing documents.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. You take initiative, ask good questions, and keep momentum moving forward.
