Mansions on the Plaza in St. Louis, MO is actively seeking a polished and professional Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with resident relations, event planning, vendor management, posting rent & collections
Generate traffic through various marketing efforts to ensure maximum occupancy
Schedule prospective resident appointments
Provide community tours
Perform various other responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant industry and/or leasing experience
Luxury multifamily community experience is a plus
Experience in sales, leasing, networking and/or outreach marketing is needed
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal skills
Onesite/Airm or industry software experience is helpful
Polished and professional demeanor
Incentives:
$1500 signing bonus
$50-55k base
