Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation-from intake to settlement or trial.Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize case files, medical records, bills, and correspondenceConduct client intake interviews and gather case informationRequest, track, and summarize medical records and bills using Eve softwarePrepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiationsMaintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and expertsDraft and file legal documents: complaints, discovery, motions, subpoenas, settlement agreementsSchedule depositions, mediation's, IMEs, and other legal appointmentsSupport attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit binders and witness listsWhat We're Looking For:Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) preferred3+ years of experience in personal injury lawStrong knowledge of state court filing proceduresFamiliarity with Filevine and other legal case management toolsUnderstanding of medical terminology and the litigation processExcellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsFirm offers: Competitive salary, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth!
