Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time installer to join our growing St. Louis team. This role is responsible for executing bathroom remodel projects from start to finish using Re-Bath systems, tools, and materials. The ideal candidate is experienced in remodeling or construction, takes pride in their work, and is eager to grow within a reputable company.
Responsibilities
Complete bathroom remodel installations using Re-Bath's systems, products, and processes
Maintain a clean, professional job site and deliver high-quailty craftsmanship
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure project suscess
Help support company growth by meeting project timelines and contributing to customer satisfaction
Participate in paid training and ongoing development
Quailifications
Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or remodeling preferred
Must own and maintain basic personal hand tools (company provides some power tools and all specialty tools)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, professionalism and work ethic
Willingness to learn Re-Bath processes and standards
