Job functions:
Responsible for all HR duties
Responsible for maintaining employee standards.
Responsible for Motivating, Coaching, Training and Development of employees.
Respond to customer contact/service calls and assist team to deliver the best service possible.
Ensure Company Policy and Procedures are being followed.
Implement training programs in place.
Requirements:
The individual should be highly organized and a good communicator
Experience in HR field is a plus
Veteran/Military friendly
Management, military, or restaurant experience a plus.
