In a Nutshell:Manages recruitment strategies, hiring and onboarding functions, and staffing needs. Supports various human resources plans, procedures, and functions such as benefits, wellness, and emploee activites. This person develops and implements effective recruitment marketing plans to source and hire candidates for assigned vacant positions. Responds to candidates, inquiries and leaders based upon an agreed upon service level agreement.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field. 3+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience in healthcare is preferred.
