This is a private home, not an agency or facility. Seeking someone with some previous employment in a rehab or skilled nursing facility. Must be smart, reliable, have own transportation, willing to run errands, take puppy for walks, cook (healthy foods), aid daily bed-bound exercises, computer savvy, creative project assistant, household tidying, assist with social media project, energetic/yet willing to do some mundane tasks.
Please respond with a list of your varied work history. List your favorite past times. Include several references. An official background check is a major plus! Nursing skills must include working with bed-bound patients. Hoyer lift experience desired. Hours to be discussed. This can be a longterm employment that can see an increase in hours as we go OR if your circumstances change and you need to shorten your hours, that can be arranged, too.
It's the person that's important! All else can fall into place. Its NOT "your Grandmother's" mentality that is sought. Having a sense of humor and a cheerful "can-do" OR "let's-get-er-done" mindset is highly valued. Is that you? If so, let's start with every Saturday and Sunday morning for 3-4 hours each. If you can let's add some weekday evenings. Or we can start with the weekday evenings, then add the weekends mid-June. Your choice.
