We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Coffee Shop Setup Coordinator. This role is pivotal in establishing and organizing a new daytime coffee shop located in The Grove. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the setup of the new coffee shop, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth opening.
- Assist in selecting and sourcing products and supplies.
- Develop new menu
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure high standards of service.
- Train and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels.
- Handle any issues that arise and ensure a positive experience for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment is a plus.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Compensation:
- Competitive weekly base salary.
- Additional commission based on performance and sales.
Employment Type:
- This is a full-time position with fixed hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)
- This position will be contracted with the option to become the full-time manager after the contracted set-up is successfully completed
