Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Lead to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves managing both local and offshore teams of copywriters and developers, overseeing project execution from inception to customer satisfaction. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient execution of projects. Overseeing the full life cycle of projects from the point of sale to customer satisfaction. Ensuring timely execution of project tasks and milestones. Managing CRM development, including setting up and developing workflows, automations, and integrations for marketing and sales channels. Handling API integration projects and ensuring their successful completion. Utilizing project management tools, preferably Asana, to track project progress and ensure clear communication among team members. Ensuring adherence to best practices in IT project management and agile scrum methodologies. Conducting regular audits to ensure project goals are being met and identifying areas for improvement. Managing contract details and ensuring all parties are fulfilling their obligations. Implementing change management processes as needed to accommodate project adjustments. Requirements Proven experience in IT project management and Agile Scrum methodologies Proficiency in contract management and auditing Familiarity with best practices in project management and change management Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive technical projects to completion Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications in Project Management will be an advantage Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
