• Deploy an HR Service Management solution based on ServiceNow's best practice processes• Evaluate, design, and develop technical solutions on our ServiceNow platform• Integrate core HR data from our ADP Vantage system into our ServiceNow platform• Participate in strategic projects that improve operational efficiency across WWT's internal project services organization• Provide business process design services to optimize both internal and customer-facing processes and solutions• Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications• Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users• Analyze processes built with supported database technologies and programming platforms• Develop applications on supported database technologies and programming platforms• Develop with a CI/CD philosophy to simplify code reviews, speed delivery, and minimize issues during/after releasesRequired Skills:• Experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration• Ability to build, deploy, and manage data integrations using NodeJS, Oracle SOA Suite, or another platform• Experience with RESTful APIs• Experience working with GithubOther Preferred Skills:• Experience with any additional technology in our Continuous Delivery stack: Jenkins, Artifactory, Cloud Foundry• Ability to analyze Oracle PL/SQL code and processes like packages, procedures, and functions, etc., propose bug fixes, submit new code to our repository, and release to Production• Ability to analyze Oracle SQL database objects like tables, views, triggers, queries, etc., submit new code to our repository, and release to Production• Ability to collaborate online or in person• Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated• Ability to thrive in a very agile environment with evolving requirements• Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas• Being an active listener and willing to communicate your ideas openly
