Representing KIPP at local events, fairs, and meetingsBuild and maintain partnerships with community organizations, daycares, and civic groups

 Family EngagementConnect with prospective families via phone, email, and face-to-face meetingsHost and support school tours, open houses, and info sessions

 Guide families through the application process and serve as a consistent point of contact

 Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

 Experience in recruitment, sales, or community engagement

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

 Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace

 Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
