Digital Experience Strategy Consultant

Location: St. Louis, MO Description: W2 Candidates Only - Cannot Support C2C Our client is looking for a Digital Experience Strategy Consultant to drive a clear understanding of the value returned for investments in digital experience across the organization through regular KPI tracking, benchmark assessments, campaign analysis, and holistic measurement reporting.

There is a current digital marketing strategic program underway that will initiate the KPI and Measurement framework which will be used as a key storytelling asset for this role.

Responsibilities

Digital Experience Tracking and Monitoring

• Monitor digital experience performance to ensure success and optimization of active campaigns through reporting, testing and analysis

• Establish benchmarks for success thresholds to track progress on a monthly basis

• Establish relationships with regional and local teams in order to maintain connection with regular data and tracking streams

• Identify/solve problems in a fast-paced environment and communicate solutions to the rest of the team and management.

Campaign Analysis and Revenue Optimization

• Lead annual planning process within digital experience analytics and insights that will drive innovative and high quality, effective experiences

• Instill rigor in tracking day to day initiatives with an emphasis on value creation

• Drive analysis of both historical and current digital experiences, channels, audiences, and initiatives to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness

• Develop inputs (such as scorecards, analysis, recommendations, etc.) into existing governance mechanisms and business review forums

• Serve as a consultant to brand management teams, external agencies, and technology staff, with respect to improving the efficiency and functionality of the analytics implementation and analysis across the entire consumer lifecycle at a regional and local level

• Work with cross functional teams as a global analytics expert to assess qualitative and quantitative methods, KPIs, data sources, data integrations, channels, and consumer targets in order to maximize revenue opportunities in accordance with goals and objectives of company

Digital Storytelling and Data Strategy Implementation

• Maintain and optimize a global KPI reporting framework used to educate leadership on the current value tied to digital marketing investments on a quarterly basis

• Lead and facilitate communications with leadership on a regular basis to prioritize experience optimization opportunities and socialize the value return on investment across all digital marketing investments

• Work with regions, local teams, and agencies to staff against ongoing utilization of the Adobe stack to ensure product adoption and maximization of investments

• Stay up to date on latest tools and industry trends for all facets of digital and CX marketing and provide strategic recommendations

• Formulate data-driven strategies, discovery opportunities, and assess consumer journey designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent required

• Expert level knowledge in Adobe (AEM, Analytics, AEP, Marketo, etc.), Google 360, BrightEdge, OneTrust, and Salesforce

• Expert level knowledge in all digital marketing channels and how each should be leveraged to drive strategy

• Experience in digital marketing required and experience analyzing consumer behavior and digital marketing investment (ROI)

• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

• Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data.

• Solid presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a story using data

• Ability to learn new programs/software and skills quickly

• Self-motivated and driven
