At Moneta, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive financial guidance, from investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings, tax strategies, estate planning, and beyond.Essential ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Team Partners to learn all aspects of Family CFO businessKeep Partners informed on team and client issuesManage relationship with CPA, Attorneys, and other third parties on services for clients including access, documents and review and analysisPrepare and/or review financial action plans and notes put together by team membersParticipate in client meetingsCommunicate details on clients’ financial position, moving into first line communication with clientWork with Partners and to facilitate services for clients including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategiesOperate as Enterprise Service Team liaison working directly with departments on team training, adoption of key processes and strategy implementationManage team projects such as AUM reporting and due diligenceTravel as necessary to meet with clientsBuild deep, lasting relationships with clientsCommit to ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters
