Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

An international supplier corporation based in St. Louis is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA is a plus) and at least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills are essential, and while sales and/or supply chain analysis experience is a plus, it is not required. The responsibilities of this role include supporting the sales and supply chain teams by providing strategic insights and recommendations, developing a deep understanding of the company's products, cost structure, and supply chain network, and translating this knowledge into actionable financial insights. The position offers a salary of up to $130K, with a bonus and excellent benefits.
