Your Organization Responsible for participating in projects, analyzing and interpreting business requirements, implementing and testing system modifications, and providing support for the business area they serve. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Needs Analysis:
- Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) events to help identify business opportunities.
- Work with team to develop solutions to address business issues
- Quality Assurance/Testing:
- Prepare and execute test scripts for system modifications
- Requirements Gathering:
- Work with team to develop scope and objectives for projects
- Use a structured approach to collect and prepare specifications and requirements for application enhancements
- Application Support:
- Support users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to application modules
- Training and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain training and system documentation
- Track and maintain constant communication with users from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern
- Remain highly adaptable - Due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities
- All other duties as assigned
- Experience in Agile software methodology is preferred

- High School Diploma or GED Required \
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to exceptional candidates with 5 years relevant work experience.
- Current valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve
