My intention is to hire somebody to be the muscle until you're the skill. This is a Skill trade, not labor but still occasionally need to do heavy stuff.
Your duties include; stocking job,set up of tools, control work station, clean up, grout, cuts.
There are NO ; food,drinks cell phones,cigarettes or vapes on the job, period. If I see it, you go home, that simple.
I pay cash on Mondays or venmo/cashapp.
I start you out at $100 per day. every 90 days you'll be looked at for a raise. helpers top out around $18. beginner setters are $20 while journey level are $25 per hr. then you will be peace rate and we work m-f from 9-4.
