Are you a highly skilled painting professional ready to work on 5- to 6-figure, high-end residential and commercial projects?
Prime X Painters is Missouri’s premier painting company, and we’re looking for serious subcontractors who deliver top-quality results with speed, precision, and professionalism.

What We Offer:
Top Pay in the Region: 35% of the job—one of the highest rates in Missouri.
Prestigious Projects: Work on luxury homes and commercial properties where quality is everything.
Consistent, Local Work: Projects are lined up in Springfield, Branson, Joplin, and surrounding areas.
Flexible but Fast: No exclusive contract required, but you must be available on short notice for upcoming projects.
Fast, Reliable Payment: Get paid 50% upfront and 50% upon final walkthrough and inspection with Prime X Painters management and the customer.

Scope of Work Includes:
Interior and exterior painting (can include cabinetry).
Surface prep and detailed trim work.
Fine finishes and premium craftsmanship.
Maintaining clean, organized job sites.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced Painters: 10+ years of professional experience is preferred.
Professional & Polished: Must show up in professional attire, ready to work full days.
No Direct Client Interaction: Perform your craft. No talking with clients or partners on job sites outside of whats necessary.
Respect the Job Site: Cleanliness and respect for the property are mandatory. Leave every site better than you found it.
No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking on job sites.
Punctual & Reliable: Show up on time, every time, and ready to work full days.
Drug-Free: Must pass a drug test.
Time Off: We accommodate time off requests with proper notice.
Agreement Required: Must agree in writing to our subcontractor agreement.
Insurance Required: Must carry active liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
