REAL ESTATE INVESTORS SEEKING ADMINISTRATOR
Work from home, school, pool or vacation, as long as you answer your phone and keep your responsibilities, records, and expenses updated
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, VEHICLE AND CELL PHONE
Answering phones: Dealing with realtors, title companies, county employees, attorneys, tenants, sellers, buyers and judges, during eviction proceedings
Processing - Invoices and logging expenses
Pulling permits (will show how, may require driving to county offices)
Providing follow-up with contractors and customers
Scheduling appointments
Inventory and materials tracking
Various clerical and administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS include:
Administrative/office and customer service support experience, helpful but not necessary
Previous office experience in construction or home remodeling a PLUS
Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel
Strong communication skills ( verbal and written)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must
Must possess active listening skills and ability to address customer concerns and inquiries
High School Diploma (or equivalency) required
Verifiable references from work history, helpful
Must be able to successfully pass Background check (some exceptions) Drug screens, (except marijuana)
valid driver's license required to check job sites, grab materials, etc
COMPENSATION: MINIMUM $1,000 Per Month Salary plus bonuses depending on your week
Part-time position Medical benefits are not offered.
