Position Title: Counter Sales
Wage: $13.50/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Counter Sales role for a company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Counter Sales Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sales and high-quality customer service while building relationships
- Create a sales environment focused on fact-based selling and category management
- Identify gaps and opportunities, propose solutions to leadership that benefits the customer and company overall
- Educate employees and customers on products, brands, and new opportunities
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotions and advertisements
- Merchandising of products in store: rotating, facing, filling holes on shelves
- Record and report out of stocks and product damage
- Monitor company sales activity
- Maintain good notes and organize workspace for easy and quick access to information
- Pull orders, maintain credits and warranty returns
- Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and provide customer service
- Cash handling transactions and reconciliation
- Computer work and inventory
Counter Sales Requirements:
- Full background check
- Computer, warehouse, and data entry skills
- Good with numbers
