Landscape Team Leader, Full Time
Scott’s Hardscape & Excavation is in search of a responsible, dedicated Landscape Team Leader to join our crew. The role requires someone with management or leadership experience in installing landscaping and hardscaping designs. We ideally are looking for someone with landscaping experience, attention to detail, and proven leadership skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience as landscaping or hardscaping worker/leader
Can operate equipment
Valid driver’s license (CDL encouraged, but not required)
Able to repeatedly life and move 50+ pounds
Able to sit, stand, kneel, and lift
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Able to give clear, concise and correct instruction
Able to work independently and as part of a team
