job detailsjob summary:Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager that will manage and grow sales territory by meeting annual quotas, building customer relationships, handling quotations and project requests, supporting sales agents, and maintaining accurate reporting in C4C while conducting regular customer visits and international travel.Required:

Reside in Illinois or Wisconsin (candidate will be working remotely and would be expected to be near a major airport)

-Customer visits within the territory are expected- Ability to travel by plane or by car in assigned territory

Meet annual sales targets.

Develop and manage sales plans for the assigned territory.

Conduct customer visits at least 3 days a week, with a minimum of 2 visits per day, totaling 24 visits per month.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers; visit current clients at least twice a year.

Prepare and deliver quotations to both existing customers and new prospects.

Follow up promptly on all leads and quotations.

Maintain and update customer information in C4C (CRM system).

Track all customer visits, quotations, opportunities, and tasks in C4C.

Manage project requests to ensure all customer requirements are met.

Report market trends and competitor activities to the corporate office.

Oversee, train, and assist sales agents in securing new business.

Organize monthly product demonstrations for customers in Novi, Michigan.

Record daily visit activities and opportunity statuses in C4C for accurate reporting.

Complete Sales Information Sheets for new orders with necessary contact details and scope of supply.

Handle documentation for scheduling time cycle studies, cutting trials, and demonstrations (in Novi or Italy).

Coordinate with management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales.

Willing to travel internationally.
