Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the service industry, based in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, utilizing your skills in various accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee payables and receivables Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records and manage accounts Handle cash flow analysis and annual budget Use ADP for payroll processing Utilize Great Plains and Computerized Accounting System for various accounting functions Ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions within the company Resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Assist in setting up the company on QuickBooks for efficient financial management.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with Computerized Accounting System Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle all Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to prepare Annual Budget Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
