Commercial Construction Estimator

Can you work through the entire scope of a project from start to finish determining the materials (quantity and costs), equipment (types and costs), labor (types and costs) and overall time required - and prepare an accurate bid? We are Bonilla Construction, a small Commercial General Commercial Construction company in Springfield, MO. We are licensed/approved to work in Missouri and our projects range from small image upgrades to infills to complete ground-ups (including sitework). Weve coordinated the construction and/or remodel of restaurants, skilled care facilities, convenience stores/gas stations, automotive/tire shops, churches, dental clinics, dispensaries, drive-thru car washes and coffee shops in the civilian world and on military bases.
Qualifications:
Proficient in BlueBeam or other construction estimation software
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-starter/Self-motivated
Organized
Effective Time Manager and Prioritizer
Clear Communicator and Negotiator
Ethical, Hard-working, Honest
Team player
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Salary: $32,000.00 to $65,000.00, depending upon experience
