Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; May varyQPS Employment Group is hiring a Clinical Application Specialist for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a direct hire opportunity.Clinical Application Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide product support for healthcare communication systems
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the application of products, providing design, implementation, and training support to end users
- Support customer experience from pre-sale through post implementation
- Identify solutions to improve customer experience
- Provide education and training solutions
- Be a regular face of the company to assigned healthcare facilities, maintaining contact with nursing, administration, and other users of the communication systems
- Analyze project requirements, drawings, and technical documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, along with clients to gather necessary information for accurate system estimates
- Create detailed proposals and quotations for customers, ensuring clarity and precision
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and applications
- Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process
- Review and refine estimates based on feedback and changing project requirementsClinical Application Specialist Requirements:
- Experience with Rauland nurse-call products
- Experience in the healthcare field, preferably as a RN or other type of hospital healthcare provider
- Customer service and sales, product support, and/or customer satisfaction specialist
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare field, such as in nursing or as a healthcare provider, with some knowledge of clinical technology, clinical workflow, and patient care practices is a plus
- Experience in estimating, cost analysis, or a similar role is a plus
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Valid drivers license
