We are looking for a live in office housekeeper/office assistance. We offer a work exchange for 15/hours a week for a 1-bedroom apartment, suitable for an individual that is located on the property where you will be working. No transportation required. All utilities will be included.
—- work includes 3 different aspects each day.
1-2 hours of house keeping/cleaning/
1-2 hours helping with a 5 year old boy tutoring and getting him ready for the day
4-6 hours each day in our home office doing advertising and collections and other misc stuff needed
8am-4pm, hours could vary if needed. Mon-Friday with an hour of breaks/lunch each day. 30-40 hours a week, but hours could vary slightly and we can be flexible.
$12-$17 an hour depending on skills and ability after your 15/hour each week for houseing and utilizes
12 personal/sick days a year & 1-week paid vacation time after you have been here for a year.
$1000 or more Xmas bonus once you've worked for 1 year year and have been diligent and punctual.
Off all national/main holidays. Paid for Thanksgiving and Christmas day if falls Monday-Friday.
Payday is each Friday
Must be on time or early and prepare to stay a few min late sometimes to get the job done. Must be hard working, fast and efficient, with a "let's get this done" attitude. Keep your phone off or in the car until lunch or break kind of person.
Work is located at a private residence in St. Francois County, near Farmington, Mo.
