Business Execution Senior Manager - Third Party Self Assurance

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to lead a team of Business Execution Consultants who perform Self Assurance and Monitoring activities in alignment with requirements and expectations of the Third Party Program and Third Party Policy.Third Party Operations (TPO) team provides service delivery to all Wells Fargo lines of business and staff areas across all aspects of third party engagement including: third party risk management, strategic sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, and supplier diversity. The Third Party Self Assurance team is a centralized function responsible for a standardized self-assurance program (e.g. Quality Assurance and Monitoring) focusing on Third Party Supplier Management and Primary Business Liaison execution of the Third Party Program requirements.In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

Maintain supporting documentation of completed Self Assurance activity as evidence of control execution.

Participate in annual RCSA reviews, Evidence Based Control Evaluation (EBCE) reviews, Audits, and other inquires on control performance and execution as they arise.

Provide ongoing training to team members including a review of changes to self assurance procedures, testing guidance, or updates as a result of changes to the Third Party Program as a whole.

Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with the Third Party Risk Management Program including managing third party engagements through the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle

Excellent relationship management, collaboration and influence skills, especially with difficult topics when collaborating with senior management decisions, develop team members

Experience managing and executing a self-assurance function including quality assurance and monitoring.

Demonstrated ability to coach/train/manage team members, actively lead discussions, work through problems and reach decisions, develop team members

Partner with stakeholders in Supplier Management and within various business groups/enterprise functions
