This position provides support for various aspects to the Dealer Solutions Strategic Business Unit and support Managing Director on any business-related items.
Utilizes variety of skills and strong knowledge of office procedural knowledge to assist with a wide variety of departmental projects.
Works on assignments of a complex scope that require office procedural knowledge. Using own discretion, collects data and research to complete assignments. Organizes and maintains accurate records and files.
Coordinates wide variety of activities, programs, and processes with all departments.
Provides information in person or by telephone to internal and external customers, applying significant knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and procedures.
Facilitate gathering of Competitive information (Lessors and Lessee’s)
Prepare materials for weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Utilize SBU’s data base to determine territory opportunity/penetration.
Other projects as assigned by management.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s and zero experience OR High school diploma and 3+ years relevant experience.

Behavioral/Technical Skills :
Strong PC skills including Microsoft suite most importantly Excel and PowerPoint,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with all levels of employees.
Ability to work independently and use own discretion when faced with routine decision making.
Candidate must be resourceful and comfortable utilizing internal and external contacts to complete assignments.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
