Sr. Analyst - IT Financial OperationsAnalyze and develop financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation and installation of Oracle Financial Cloud ERP Applications for our global supply chain business in: General Ledger, SLA, Accounts Receivables, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Fusion Tax, Vertex Tax-link, Vertex O-series Integration and EDI processing using Oracle11:/R12/13 Cloud applications. Analyze highly complex US & International Tax requirements and configure Tax Engines in Oracle ERP Fusion Tax module & Vertex O-series tax engine for calculating Tax and Statutory reporting purpose. Provide solutions for enhancing the supply chain business processes and support a very highly complex and customized billing solution which involves multiple ERP Applications (Oracle E-business suite, Oracle Cloud ERP) and a custom Pluggable Database. Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Common application modules, Enterprise structures (Legal Entities, Ledgers, Business Units, Reference data sets), Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Functional Setup Manager (
FSM), Security and Role Based Access Controls – RBAC. Conduct requirements gathering all the way through UAT testing, prepare Requirements documents, System configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, perform Test cases, prepare User training documents and Implementation documents. Create functional design documents for Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Procure to Pay cycles and review and create Test Scripts for all enhancements for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles. Convert functional business requirements into customized Financial Applications used for supporting supply chain, logistics, Billing, Tax generation and Accounting process. Collaborate with management and senior developers to design and implement Oracle Financial Application solutions utilizing WWT management of change processes to provide global third-party logistics solutions to clients. Develop complex SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting. Develop Business Analytics and BIP Reports using Oracle Cloud ERP Business Intelligence module with in a specific subject area (BI Publisher or OTBI reports for Receivables Subject Area). Enhance or remediate current custom processes and implement in transition from on premise Oracle R12 to Oracle 13 Cloud system base using SOA CS suite technology. Configure Oracle eBusiness Suite modules and Oracle Cloud Projects to WWT Domestic and International entities. Position requires Bachelor’s or equivalent-level degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or closely related field, and 5 years of progressive experience as a Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Analyst or similar position, which includes 1 year performing duties of this position, plus Oracle Cloud Certification of Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables Certified Implementation Specialist. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or closely related field or closely related field., the employer will accept a combination of 3 years of post-secondary education in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in management information systems and related areas, which is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or closely related field from an accredited U.S. college or university.
