Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building lasting relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Showcase vehicle features and benefits through test drives and product demonstrations.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional products/services.
- Negotiate sales contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Spanish Speaking
- Be coachable
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Hours: This full time position is a 5 day work week with Sunday off along with another day during the week.

Saturday 10 AM–4 PM

Monday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Tuesday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Wednesday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
