Thank you for your interest in our new position at Rocc Solid! Rocc Solid is a local roofing company. We provide services to homeowners and businesses that are affected by harsh weather conditions which includes hail and wind. Rocc Solid goes beyond just roofing and also offers paint, window, gutters, siding, deck, hvac and interior restoration services. This job title is a main entry gateway to provide customers correct, professional and clear information on our home improvement services. You will need to explain our services to customers confidently, once the customer understands our services, you will need to set up appointments to where our Project Managing team can go back to the property and inspect for damage. You will be the first one talking to the customer and knocking on the door. As intimidating as that sounds your job title is very important because the once angry customer that didnt know why you knocked on their door will soon be a happy customer knowing the damage of their house will soon be taken care of by our team.
Rock Solid will be holding training sessions that you must be available to attend to be qualified for this position. Gates will offer free tshirts, hats, and backpacks for new employees to ensure they are ready to begin their amazing career. This job is also an entry sales position job that comes with bonuses. After a year or 2 or once you are knowledgeable in the position you will be tested on if you are ready to take on a whole project by yourself which comes with experience.
You must have reliable transportation.
You must be able to work 35-40 hour weeks.
Weekend options are available.
$20.00/hour + bonuses.
