100 unit townhouse complex. Routine maintenance repairs to include: electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, carpentry, painting, heating and air, able to move heavy appliances.
HVAC/EPA certified!
Rehab Turnovers to include maintenance & cleaning.
Minor grounds work & snow removal.
