We are currently in search of a skilled Foreman for a full-time position in Kansas City!
Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of industrial/commercial experience - Proficiency in blueprint interpretation - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Experience with equipment operation is advantageous - Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Foreman will oversee the successful execution of commercial construction projects of varying sizes and complexities within the Kansas City vicinity. Responsibilities include supervising laborer activities with a focus on productivity, quality, and teamwork, managing a crew of 5 to 10 laborers, providing direction and evaluation for employees, ensuring thorough project documentation, and maintaining jobsite safety.
Pay: Compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and more are included.
Hours: 50+ hrs/ week
