Description:
We are seeking a reliable independent contractor with a truck to help with ongoing trash removals and yard maintenance at residential properties throughout MO.
What You’ll Do:
Remove trash and debris from vacant properties
Perform basic lawn and yard care (grass cutting, light cleanup)
Travel to various job sites across the state (we compensate for both drive time and work time)
Requirements:
Must have a reliable truck
Ability to lift and haul debris
Available for steady work and can travel between job sites
Experience with lawn maintenance is a plus
Must be dependable and responsive
Must be able to take and upload before and after photos.
Compensation:
Paid per job at set rates
Additional pay for long-distance travel
Steady flow of jobs if you're a good fit
This is a 1099 contractor position. No need to have a full company — we’re looking for hands-on workers ready to get started.
