Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description: We are actively seeking motivated and reliable construction laborers to join our team immediately in Kansas City, MO! As a construction laborer, you will support various tasks on construction sites, including material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for individuals who are ready to work hard and be part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment
- Help with site preparation, such as digging, pouring concrete, and leveling
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Work alongside carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site
